Please read these terms carefully before using Fanousi. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fanousi governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fanousi platform, you confirm that:
- →You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- →You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
- →You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- →You have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of Fanousi, you must create an account. When doing so, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
One Account Policy
Maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or restrictions is prohibited.
Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Products & Orders
Product Listings
We make every effort to display product information accurately, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Products may vary slightly from images shown.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. We may cancel orders if a product is out of stock, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if there was a pricing error.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Pricing & Payment
Currency
All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable VAT and import duties may be added at checkout based on your location.
Payment Methods
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected by the delivery driver upon arrival.
Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify affected customers immediately and offer a refund or the opportunity to purchase at the correct price.
Coupons & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and expiry dates. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Fanousi reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, and extreme weather events.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Fanousi pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery is confirmed.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
30-Day Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including perishable goods, personal care products once opened, and custom-made or personalized items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use our platform to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
Impersonate any person or entity
Harvest or scrape personal data from the platform
Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
Abuse refund or return policies
Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
Resell our products for commercial gain without authorization
Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fanousi platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, text, graphics, images, product listings, user interface, software, and overall design — is the exclusive property of Fanousi or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
- •Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written consent.
- •Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in a manner that could mislead or cause confusion.
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Fanousi platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fanousi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- →Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- →Loss of data or corruption of data.
- →Personal injury or damage to property.
- →Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@fanousi.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
